The Town Team Movement (TTM) is a non-profit social enterprise that inspires and supports citizen-led groups called Town Teams to improve their local communities. Town Teams are made up of residents, businesses, and landowners who work collaboratively with their local government on proactive, place-based projects. The movement's overarching goal is to foster connected, resilient communities through local action, guided by a shared purpose and values outlined in the Town Team Charter.
